1. Purpose and scope
Hermes Drive Access is a private integration for its owner’s personal use. It connects a locally running Hermes Agent with the owner’s Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Sheets so that the owner can request file and content operations.
2. Authorized use
The integration may be used only with Google accounts and data that the user is authorized to access. The user is responsible for reviewing instructions before authorizing changes and for maintaining appropriate backups of important information.
3. Google services
Use of Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets remains subject to Google’s own terms, policies, availability, and technical limitations. Hermes Drive Access is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
4. Availability and warranties
The integration is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for personal use. No guarantee is made that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every task. The user should verify important outputs and changes.
5. Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the integration owner is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the integration, Google service interruptions, or instructions issued by the user.
6. Ending access
Access may be ended at any time by revoking the application in the Google Account security settings and removing the locally stored authorization files.
7. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated when the integration changes. Questions may be sent to the user support address displayed on the Google OAuth consent screen.
